Refund

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a refund. The item must be unworn, in its original state and suitable for resale.

Items that are returned to us with signs of being worn or outside of the above 14 day returns policy will not be accepted.

Please note that earrings & hosiery are exempt from this returns/exchange policy due to hygiene reasons. 

Please note personalised orders are exempt from this returns/exchange policy.

Refunds will be processed within 1 - 3 days of receiving your returned item via the original method of payment.

Please note we do not provide refunds for postage costs.

Exchange

Faulty Items

All of our items are carefully checked before posting but if the item you have received is faulty then please get in touch via email - [email protected] and we will arrange for another item to be sent.
